Interview Process

If selected, the GMS Head of School will schedule a virtual Zoom interview.

A second on-site interview will be scheduled for further assessment.

Classroom observation may be required as part of the hiring process.

Required Documentation

Valid Work Permit / Copy of a valid Driver’s License and Social Security Card (or other acceptable forms of ID for employment eligibility verification).

Level 2 Background Screening

Copies of relevant certifications, transcripts, diplomas, or other pertinent documentation.

Professional references.

Completion of all required Department of Children and Families (DCF) documentation for Toddler and Early Childhood positions.
